Our high demands

With the help of new and modern analysing proceedings all our honey pass several standard scrutinies. Besides the examination of the water containment, the conductivity and the HMF-Factor, our main attention belongs to the proof of outstanding residues, espacially of pharmaceutical bee products.

For the verification of our analyses we work togehter with independent and accredited laboratories. First of all we work together with the labarotories in Bremen, which are worldwide known for their excellent analyses.
